Welcome to FirstXI Fantasy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FirstXI Fantasy platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports platforms are prohibited
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

2. About FirstXI Fantasy

2.1 Platform Description

FirstXI Fantasy is a skill-based fantasy football staking platform operated by FIRST XI DIGITAL SERVICES LIMITED, a company registered in Nigeria. The Platform allows users to:

• Build fantasy football squads from real-life players
• Stake in-app currency (XI Coins) on player performance
• Earn rewards based on real-world player statistics
• Compete in leagues, tournaments, and head-to-head challenges

2.2 Skill-Based Competition

FirstXI Fantasy rewards skill, strategy, and football knowledge. Unlike betting platforms that rely on chance or odds, success on FirstXI depends on:

• Player selection and squad composition
• Strategic staking decisions
• Understanding of player form and fixtures
• Timing of transfers and booster usage

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password

3.2 KYC Verification

Before making any withdrawals, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by providing:

• Government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Selfie verification

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Manipulate or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Engage in collusion with other users
• Use VPNs to bypass regional restrictions
• Money laundering or fraudulent financial activity
• Abusive behavior towards other users or staff

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

6. Fair Play and Integrity

6.1 Data Sources

All player statistics are sourced from SportMonks API, a verified sports data provider. We do not manipulate or alter performance data.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there's an error in scoring or payouts:

1. Contact support@firstxifantasy.com with details
2. Our team will investigate within 48 hours
3. Decisions are final and binding

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by FirstXI Digital Services Limited and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FirstXI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party payment provider issues

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Provide false information
• Fail KYC verification

Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
