By accessing or using the First XI mobile application or website (the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who meet the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Users must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted using XI Coins, which are credited when users fund their wallet using supported payment gateways. XI Coins have no real-world monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be traded or sold to third parties.
Users may join contests based on their XI Coin balance. Winnings are distributed based on the rules of each gameweek contest and are subject to verification and scoring calculations as outlined by First XI.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to making withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted access to certain features.
Withdrawals are processed via approved gateways only and are subject to applicable service charges and transaction limits. Withdrawal requests may be delayed due to verification or fraud-prevention protocols.
Users may not engage in collusion, fraud, abuse of referral systems, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
All content on the First XI platform, including but not limited to game mechanics, custom icons, scoring logic, interface layouts, and original branding elements (collectively, Platform Content), are the intellectual property of First XI Digital Services Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
First XI makes use of publicly available football data (such as player names, team names, match schedules, goals, assists, and disciplinary records) solely for the purpose of powering fantasy football contests. All player and match data is retrieved from licensed or publicly accessible data providers and does not constitute a commercial claim to the likeness or endorsement of any league, team, or athlete.
All team names, competition names, and player names used within the platform are for descriptive, informational, and entertainment purposes only. First XI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any professional football league, club, or athlete. Any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials that may be referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
Where league icons or badges appear, they are custom-created symbols that do not replicate or misappropriate any official logos or identities. These icons are intended only to help users navigate contests based on known football structures (e.g., national leagues) and are not intended to suggest formal association or endorsement.
You acknowledge and agree that participation in First XI fantasy contests does not entitle you to claim any commercial rights over the leagues, teams, or players featured in those contests.
First XI reserves the right to modify or remove representations of clubs, leagues, or player references at any time in order to comply with intellectual property guidelines, licensing requests, or legal obligations.
The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First XI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
First XI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
